Gentlemen:

	Enclosed is my PanAm WorldPass statement.  My reaction to it
is to try to avoid travelling on PanAm in the future.  Perhaps some
people can benefit from your program by promptly using their credits,
but I am not competent to do so and thus end up with a
disappointing balance of 17,000 miles after travelling 165,000 miles.
